Las Vegas is unlike any other city in the world. Everything is bigger, better and brighter including Las Vegas hotels. Hotels in Sin City are guaranteed to have features and perks unlike any other in the nation. From incredible spas and shopping to delectable cuisine and nightlife, a Vegas hotel will provide you with a world-class experience. But there are plenty of other things about Vegas hotels that you won’t find on a regular vacation in a regular big city. If you’re looking for some truly unique fun, forget about the clubs and spas—check out some of the great finds at these hotels!
At Wynn Las Vegas, you’ll get to enjoy 5 star luxuries and a beautiful landscape around its shining gold façade. But golfers will love the fact that The Wynn has an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio. Spend a day golfing under the clear Las Vegas sky on this gorgeous course. If you make it to all 18 holes you’ll be greeted by the sight of a beautiful 37 foot tall waterfall. There’s a complete pro shop, putting greens and two cafes for you to grab a bite to eat after a day on the golf course.
If the desert has you longing for the ocean, head over to the Mandalay Bay Resort. This hotel is closer to the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, making it a bit of an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. The Mandalay Bay has a 1.6 million gallon aquarium that is home to gorgeous sea creatures you wouldn’t find anywhere in Nevada. Walk through underground tunnels that let you watch sea turtles, jelly fish, piranha and sharks swim overhead in the blue waters of the aquarium. It’s a relaxing and refreshing sight.
Speaking of water, no trip to Vegas is complete without a trip to The Bellagio for its fountain show. Relax and watch the show like the cast of Ocean’s 11 did in the movie as 1,200 fountains explode to a chorus of beautiful music. You’ll never see the same show twice as the fountains are programmed to go off randomly every 15-30 minutes. The best thing about this show, even though it cost $40 million dollars to build the fountains, it’s totally free to watch.
Finally, the thrill-seeking crowd will love checking out The Stratosphere hotel. The Stratosphere’s tower is the third highest structure in the nation and you can party in the observation deck. But the coolest part of the tower is the thrill rides! Insanity-The Ride, makes you feel as if you’re going to fly right off the edge of the building. Big Shot launches you straight up the tower and for a twisted version of a see-saw, ride X-Scream to be sent 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere to dangle 900 feet over Las Vegas.
Whatever you’re in the mood for, Vegas will have something for you to do. So make sure you explore some of the hidden gems of these Las Vegas hotels and look for great Las Vegas hotel deals and discounts on BestOfVegas.com.
